| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨对胰腺假性囊肿（PPC）的有效诊治方法。方法：对43例PPC患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：10例PPC患者经保守治疗消散。31例经手术治疗治愈。3例行B超引导下经皮穿刺置管引流术。结论：影像学检查对PPC诊断具有决定性意义；对胰腺假性囊肿的治疗，应先找到病因，再决定治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effective diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic pseudocyst (PPC). Methods: The clinical data of 43 cases with PPC were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The cyst disappeared in 10 cases after conservative treatment; 31 cases were subjected to operation with good results: percutaneous tube draignage under the guidance of B-ultrasound was performed on 4 cases (3 with good results, 1 with pancreatic leakage). Conclusion: Imaging technique was a determination of the diagnosis of PPC. The selection of operation for pancreatic pseudocyst should be decided once the cause of the cyst was found. |
