| 摘 要： | 目的：总结弥漫性泛细支气管炎的临床表现、诊断及治疗。方法：采用病例分析和献复习的方法。结果：由肺炎支原体感染引起的弥漫性泛细支气管炎早期诊断、并及时给予红霉素治疗，预后良好。结论：HRCT对于弥漫性泛细支气管炎的诊断帮助极大，使该病可以得到早期诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To summarize and analyze the clinical manifestation of diffuse panbronehiolitis and its treatment. Method: Case report and literature review. Result: one case with diffuse panbronchiolitis was reported. The diagnosis was based on the past history , clinical findings and the result of investigations (HRCT). The treatment of erythromycin was satisfied. Conclusion: It is quite important for doctors to pay much more attention on the early diagnosis and treatment of diffuse panbronchiolitis. |
