浙江省某市大学生艾滋病性病相关性行为描述性研究

目的掌握大学生艾滋病性病相关性行为状况,为制订相应对策提供科学依据.方法两所大学所有1～4年级学生参加匿名自答式问卷调查.结果大多数学生自愿发生性行为,性行为起始年龄平均19.51岁,13.1%有性经历,平均性伴数1.54.10.7%自己或者性伴侣曾经怀孕,1.4%曾被诊断患性病.部分学生发生商业性关系,男女学生中均有同性或双性性行为现象,安全套使用率低,使用安全套主要为防止怀孕.结论大学生性态度开放,多性伴、商业性行为、同性和双性性行为以及防病意识和自我保护意识差等使大学生处于流产、艾滋病性病感染等危险之中.针对大学生开展性教育和性生殖健康教育势在必行.

Descriptive Study on Sexual Behavior among University Students Related to STD/HIV/AIDS in One City of Zhejiang Province

Objective To investigate university students' sexual behavior related to STD/AIDS, and to provide scientific evidence for working out relevant strategy. Methods All Grade one to Grade 4 students from 2 universities were recurited for the anonymous and self- administered questionnaire survey. Results Most students initiated their sex of their own accord.The average age for sex initiation was 19.51, 13.1% had sexual experience.The average number of sexual partner was 1.54, 10.7% of sexually active students or their partner had the history of being pregnant, 1.4% were diagnosed as STD.Some students had commercial sex, and same sex or bisexual behavior indeed existed. Condom use rate were quite low, and the main reason of using condom was to prevent pregnancy. Conclusion Some risk factors as casual attitude toward sex, multiple sex partner, commercial sex, same sex and bisexual behavior, and low self- protection and disease prevention awareness put students at risk of abortion and STD/HTV infection. It is necessary to conduct sex education and reproductive health education in universities.
