摘    要:在高分子保护剂存在下采用铜粉置换法制备了树枝形、六边形等不同形貌的超细铜-银双金属粉,探讨了该粉体的制备工艺条件,并用透射电子显微镜、激光粒度仪、X射线粉末衍射仪对粉体进行了表征,用热重法测定了粉体的抗氧化性,用标准的抗菌测试方法测定了双金属粉的抗菌性能,结果表明,双金属粉具有良好的抗氧化性、抗菌性。

Abstract:This paper involves in the preparation of Cu Ag bimetallic powders with dendritic and hexagonal morphologies by replacement method at the exist of macromolecule dispersant. These powders were characterized by TEM, XRD, et al. Anti oxidation and antibacterium of the powders were tested by TG and standard antibiosis test method respectively. The experimental results show that Cu Ag powders have good anti oxidation and antibacterium.
