| 摘 要： | 目的：建立维甲酸凝胶的质控方法。方法：采用一阶导数光谱法在378nm处测定维甲酸的含量。结果：维甲酸的平均回收率为100.37％。结论：所建立的方法适用于维甲酸凝胶剂的含量测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a method of tretinoin quality controling. METHOD Tretinoin was determined by the first derivative spectrophotometry at 378nm.RESULTS The average recovery of tretinoin was 100.37%.CONCLUSION The established method is suitable for the determination of tretinoin gel. |
