| 摘 要： | 对目前国内胸腺素含量测定的几种方法进行了比较，研究了胸腺素含有的游离氨基酸和核酸，及半微量凯氏定氮法、福林－酚法以及双缩脲比色法对胸腺多肽含量测定的影响程度。结果发现前二种方法不同程度地受到干扰，影响了测定结果的准确性，而双缩脲比色法较好地克服了干扰，能较准确地测定胸腺素的含量。

| Abstract: | In this paper, methods of the determination of thymosinum were compared. Free amino acid and nucleic acid existing in thymosinum were found interfering with thymosinum assay in microkjeldahl and folin phenol methods,but not in biurent method.This study suggests that biurent method is reliable in the determination of thymosium. |
