| 摘 要： | 采用反相高效液相色谱法、SpherisorbC18柱，甲醇-pH4．0磷酸盐缓冲液（10∶90）为流动相，检测波长258um，测定冬虫夏草、发酵虫草菌粉与虫草头孢菌粉中尿苷、鸟苷及腺苷的含量。平均回收率为96．1％～99．1％；此方法简便、准确、重现性好。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of Uridine, Guanosine and Adenosine in the Cordyceps sinesis and its two fermental powders by RP-HPLC was described. On Spherisorb C18 column using methnolpH4. 0 phosphate (10: 90) as mobile phase and detected at 258 nm, the standards and samples could be separated satisfactorily. The average recovery of three nucleosines were ftom 96.1 ％to 99. 1％.The total contents of three nucleosines in the fermental Powder A and Powder B were 8. 72 mg/g and l6. o9 mg/ g, resPectively. The result showed that the method was simple, accurate and more reproducible. |
