| 摘 要： | 鼻咽癌放射治疗的副反应与脾胃有密切关系，其病机以阴虚为本，燥热为标，伤及肺胃阴液，影响及脾，以致脾失健运，脾胃升降失调，日久致脾气虚弱，化源衰少，气血两虚，甚或累及肾阴，因此治疗上应着重于脾胃，勿使脾胃气阴受损，并及时予以调治，使正气充盛，燥热之邪自去，从而减轻放疗副反应，提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | The side effect of radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma is related with the spleen - stomach closely. Its pathogene-sis is yin - deficiency in primary aspect and dryness - heat in secondary aspect. The yin - fluid of lung and stomach is damaged with involvement of the spleen, so that the spleen and stomach are dys-functioned. In persistent cases, the spleen - qi is weakened and the production of qi and blood is declined, eventually both qi and blood are deficient and even the kidney - yin is damaged. Therefore, the treatment should aim at spleen and stomach so as to protect spleen -yin and stomach - yin. Simultaneously healthy qi should be strengthened, so that pathogenic dryness - heat is eliminted. Thus, the side effect of radiotherapy is lessened and the life quality is enhanced. |
