电脑三维牵引结合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症283例疗效观察

目的观察电脑三维牵引结合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法我院283例腰椎间盘突出症患者行三维牵引结合小针刀治疗,264例行推拿针刺治疗,比较两组患者的住院时间及疗效。结果电脑牵引组与推拿针刺组相比,住院时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者满意度间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电脑三维牵引结合小针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症后疼痛缓解明显,具有较好的安全性和可耐受性。

Computed Three-dimensional Traction with Small Needle-knife Comprehensive Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation:Clinical Observation of 283 Cases

Objective To observe the effectiveness of the computed three-dimensional traction with small needle-knife combination therapy for lumbar disc herniation.Methods Patients with lumbar disc herniation(n=283)received computed three-dimensional traction with small needle-knife treatment while another 264 patients received massage and acupuncture.The duration of hospitalization and treatment outcome were compared.Results In comparison with the patients on massage and acupuncture,those on computed traction were hospitalized for the shorter duration in the statistically significant manner(P<0.01)and the difference in patient satisfaction was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Computed three-dimensional traction with small needle-knife could significantly alleviate the pains in patients with lumbar disc herniation,with good safety and tolerance.
