百草枯中毒患者预后相关因素分析

目的:探讨百草枯(PQ)中毒患者预后影响因素。方法:将89例急性PQ中毒患者根据疾病转归情况分为生存组(48例)和病死组(41例),分析2组患者性别、年龄、血PQ浓度、白细胞计数、血尿素氮、肌酐、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、血钾等指标与预后的关系。结果:病死组的血PQ浓度、白细胞计数、血肌酐、血尿素氮、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶均高于生存组,血钾低于生存组(P<0.05~P<0.01)。结论:血PQ浓度是影响预后的关键,白细胞计数、血肌酐、血尿素氮、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、血钾均是PQ中毒预后的影响因素。

Analysis of the factor influencing the prognosis of patients with paraquat poisoning

Objective:To investigate the related factors influencing the prognosis of patients with paraquat( PQ) poisoning. Methods:Eighty-nine patients with acute PQ were divided into the survival group ( 48 cases ) and death group ( 41 cases ) according to the prognosis of disease. The relationship between gender,age,plasma PQ concentration,WBC count,BUN,Scr,ALT,AST,CKMB and K+and the prognosis of PQ patients were analyzed. Results:The plasma PQ concentration,WBC count,Scr,BUN,ALT,CKMB and AST in death group were higher than those in survival group,but the plasma level of K+ in death group was lower than that in survival group (P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). Conclusions:Plasma PQ concentration is the key influencing prognosis factor in PQ patients,meanwhile,the WBC,Scr,ALT,CKMB,AST and plasma level of K+ affect also the prognosis of PQ patients.
