参芪扶正注射液对肺癌放疗患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响

目的 探讨参芪扶正注射液对三维适形放疗肺癌患者生活质量及免疫功能的影响.方法 将90例放疗肺癌患者,随机分为试验组(参芪扶正组)、阳性对照组(艾迪注射液组)及空白对照组.结果 试验组总有效率优于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组与阳性对照组治疗后卡氏评分较治疗前均有升高(P<0.05),空白对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组、阳性对照组在治疗结束时卡氏评分均优于空白对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞与阳性对照组无差异(P>0.05),而空白对照组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+比值均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 参芪扶正注射液在肺癌方面,通过联合三维适形放疗能够对疾病产生积极影响,提高疗效,改善免疫功能,提高其生活质量.

Effect of Shenqifuzheng injection on the quality of life and immune function of lung cancer patients with radiotherapy

Objective To investigate the effects of Shenqifuzheng injection on the quality of life (QoL) and immune function of lung cancer patients with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT). Method 90 cases of lung cancer patients were randomized as study group (Shenqifuzheng group), positive control group (Addie injection group) and blank control group. Result The study group had higher overall response rate (CRR) than the blank control group, with significant difference observed (P<0.05). The KPS scores of patients in study group and positive control group were improved after treatment compare with that before treatment (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference observed in blank control group before treatment and after treatment (P>0.05), besides, the KPS scores were increased in study group and positive control group, compared with that of blank control group at the end of the treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+and NK cells were similar between study group and control group (P<0.05), while the CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, and CD4+/CD8+ratio were decreased in blank control group after treatment (P<0.05), and the CD3+, CD4+, and CD4+/CD8+in study group were significantly higher than those of the blank control group after treat-ment (P<0.05). Conclusion In lung cancer, Shenqifuzheng injection combined with 3D-CRT exerts positive effect on the disease conditions, which can enhance curative effect, strengthen immune function, and reasonably improve the quali-ty of life for patients.
