急诊科护士应对效能与拖延行为调查

摘    要:目的:探讨应对效能对急诊护士拖延行为的作用。方法:对80名急诊护士的应对效能进行调查,并按照应对效能得分将其分为高效能组与低效能组,采用拖延量表对2组护士拖延水平进行评价。结果:急诊护士应对效能总分和个人能力评分均明显高于国内常模(P<0.01);按照应对效能评分结果,急诊护士中高效能者45例,低效能者35例,高效能组拖延量表评分及拖延发生率均低于低效能组(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护士存在拖延行为,其应对效能影响拖延行为,应重视急诊护士的心理状况和应对策略。

Investigation of coping efficacy and procrastination behavior of nurse in emergency department

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of coping efficacy on procrastination behavior of nurse in emergency department. Methods:The coping efficacy of 80 nurses in emergency department were investigated,and divided into high efficacy group and low efficacy group according to the efficiency score. The procrastination levels in two groups were evaluated using the procrastination scale. Results:The total score of coping efficacy and individual ability score of nurses in emergency department were significantly higher than those in national norm(P<0. 01). The high efficacy in 45 cases and low efficacy in 35 cases were identified according to the efficacy score. The score of procrastination scale and incidence of procrastination in high efficacy group were less than those in low efficacy group (P<0. 01 and P<0. 05). Conclusions:The procrastination behavior is found in emergency nurses,which can affect the procrastination behavior. The psychological status and coping measures in emergency nurses should be paid attention to.
