利拉鲁肽对肥胖及正常体质量2型糖尿病患者的降糖效果比较

目的:探讨利拉鲁肽对肥胖及正常体质量2型糖尿病患者的降糖效果。方法:选取2型糖尿病患者90例，根据体质量指数分为肥胖组39例和正常体质量组（正常组）51例。均使用利拉鲁肽治疗，3个月后比较2组体质量变化及血糖控制效果。结果:2组患者注射利拉鲁肽3个月后，体质量、体质量指数、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、C肽和糖化血红蛋白均较治疗前明显改善（P<0.01）；且肥胖组患者各项指标改善情况均明显优于正常组（P<0.01）。结论:利拉鲁肽治疗肥胖2型糖尿病患者时疗效更加显著，可有效控制血糖，并减轻体质量，值得临床推广使用。

Hypoglycemic effect comparsion of liraglutide on obese and normal weight patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective:To investigate the hypoglycemic effects of liraglutide on obesity and normal weight patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods:Ninty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into the obesity group(39 cases) and normal weight group(normal group,51 cases) according to the body mass index. Two groups were treated with liraglutide. The body mass change and glycemic control effect between two groups were compared after 3 months of treatment. Results:Compared before treatment,the body weight,body mass index,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,C peptide and HbA1c in two groups were significantly improved after 3 months of treatment(P<0. 01),and the improvement of all indicators in obese group were significantly better than those in normal group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The curative effect of liraglutide in obese group is more significant than that in normal group. The liraglutide can effectively control the blood glucose,and reduce body weight which is worthy of clinical use.
