延伸护理服务对提高脑卒中恢复期功能锻炼依从性的效果

目的:观察延伸护理服务对提高脑卒中恢复期患者功能锻炼依从性的效果。方法:将符合诊断标准的70例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组患者出院后常规电话随访1次;观察组患者出院后每周1次电话随访,每月2次上门健康教育,共随访8周。分别于出院后1周与8周后采用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分量表及日常生活活动能力Barthel指数量表对患者进行评定。结果:出院8周后观察组患者的Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及日常生活活动能力Barthel指数评分升高幅度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:延伸护理服务能够提高脑卒中恢复期患者功能锻炼的依从性,使患肢得到最大限度地恢复。

Role of extensional nursing service in elevating the compliance of post-stroke deficient patients doing functional exercises at the recovery phase

Objective:To observe the effect of extensional nursing service on post-stroke deficient patients who were doing functional exercises at the recovering stage. Methods:Seventy patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group( n=35 in each) according to the diagnosis standard. The control group were given one time telephone follow-up after discharge from hospital, while the observation group were given telephone follow-up once a week and health education twice a month for a total of 8 weeks (2 months). At 1 week and 8 weeks after discharge,the patients in both groups were evaluated by using the Fugl-Meyer physical exercises function evaluation sheet and Barthel daily life ability data evaluation sheet. Results:The observation group obtained higher scores than the control group in Fugl-Meyer physical exercises function evaluation sheet and Barthel daily life ability data evaluation sheet (P<0. 01). Conclusions:The extensional nursing service may enhance the compliance of post-stroke deficient patients doing functional exercises at the recovery phase and help to make their injured limb recover to the maximum extent.
