多形式健康教育对脑卒中康复期患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量的影响研究

目的:探讨多形式健康教育对脑卒中康复期患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量的影响。方法:选取90例脑卒中康复期患者，随机分为常规健康教育组（对照组）和多形式健康教育组（观察组），各45例。对2组患者健康教育前与健康教育后4、12周时的治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量进行评估与比较。结果:观察组患者健康教育后4、12周治疗依从性及生存质量和健康教育后12周效能感均明明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。结论:多形式健康教育对脑卒中康复期患者治疗依从性、效能感及生存质量的影响较大，为患者康复锻炼效果改善奠定了基础。

Effect of multiform health education on the treatment compliance,efficacy and quality of life of cerebral stroke patients in recovery period

Objective:To investigate the effects of multiform health education on the treatment compliance,efficacy and quality of life of cerebral stroke patients in recovery period. Methods:Ninety patients with cerebral stroke in recovery period were randomly divided into the conventional health education group(control group) and multiform health education group(observation group)(45 cases each group) . The treatment compliance,efficacy and quality of life between two groups were compared and evaluated before education and after 4 and 12 weeks of education. Results:The treatment compliance and quality of life after 4 and 12 weeks of education and efficacy after 12 weeks of education in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0. 01). Conclusions:The effects of the multiform health education on treatment compliance,efficacy and quality of life in cerebral stroke patients in recovery period are great, which can lay the foundation in improving the rehabilitation exercise effect.
