老年高血压患者动态血压与心肌做功指数的关系分析

目的:在初诊老年高血压患者中，探讨24 h动态血压与心肌做功指数（Tei指数）的关系。方法:选择100例初诊老年高血压患者，根据Tei指数分为Tei≥0.40组43例和Tei<0.40组57例；对2组诊室血压、24 h动态血压以及超声心动图参数进行比较。结果:Tei≥0.40组24 h、日间、夜间平均收缩压（SBP），24 h、日间平均舒张压（DBP），24 h、日间、夜间SBP负荷，24 h、日间、夜间DBP负荷均高于Tei<0.40组（P < 0.05～P < 0.01），而2组平均诊室SBP和DBP差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:24 h动态血压水平可能与心脏整体功能相关。

Relationship between ambulatory blood pressure and myocardial performance index in elderly patients with hypertension

Objective:To investigate the relationship between 24 h ambulatory blood pressure and myocardial performance index( Tei index) in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods:A total of 100 outpatients with hypertension for the first diagnosis were divided into the Tei ≥0.40 group(n =43) and Tei <0. 40 group(n =57). The parameters of blood pressure in consultation room,24 h ambulatory blood pressure and echocardiography between two groups were compared. Results:The 24 h, daytime, nighttime average systolic blood pressure( SBP) and diastolic blood pressure( DBP) ,and 24 h,daytime,nighttime systolic and diastolic blood loads in Tei≥0. 40 group were significantly higher than those in Tei <0. 40 group(P<0. 05 to P<0. 01). The differences of the average systolic and diastolic blood pressures in consultation room between two groups were not statistically signifiant(P>0. 05). Conclusions:The level of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure is the related to the overall function of the heart.
