中西医结合护理对高血压脑出血患者生活质量的影响

目的:探讨中西医结合护理干预对高血压脑出血患者生活质量的改善效果。方法:按照数字表法将高血压脑出血患者82例分为观察组和对照组各41例。2组均给予健康教育、心理护理、严密监测患者生命体征、用药指导、康复训练及饮食指导等常规护理干预。观察组再给予中医针灸和按摩护理。护理干预4周后，比较2组日常生活能力（ADL）、肢体运动功能及治疗有效率。结果:2组患者护理干预后ADL及肢体运动功能评分均较护理干预前明显改善（P<0.01），且观察组改善情况均显著优于对照组（P<0.01）。观察组患者治疗效果与对照组差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:中西医结合护理干预可改善高血压脑出血患者ADL和肢体运动功能。

Effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine nursing on the quality of life in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Objective:To explore the effects of the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the quality of life in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:According to the digital table method,82 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided into the observation group and control group(41 cases each group). Two groups were nursed using routine intervention(including health education,psychological care,close monitoring vital signs,guiding medication,rehabilitation training and diet instruction) ,and the observation group were additionally nursed with Chinese acupuncture and massage treatment. After 4 weeks of nursing intervention,the activities of daily living(ADL),limb motor function and effective rate between two groups were compared. Results:Compared with before intervention,the ADL and score of limb motor function in two groups were significantly improved after nursing intervention,the improvement in observation group was significantly better than that in control group(P<0. 01). The difference of the treatment effects between two groups was not statistically significant(P >0. 05). Conclusions:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine nursing intervention can improve the activities of daily living and limb motor function of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
