米非司酮配伍利凡诺在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中的疗效观察

目的 探讨米非司酮配伍利凡诺在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中的疗效.方法 选取中期妊娠引产的58例瘢痕子宫孕妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组采用利凡诺进行引产,观察组采用米非司酮配伍利凡诺进行引产,比较两组孕妇的完全流产率、胎盘残留率、不同时段出现宫缩情况、总产程、出血量及并发症发生率.结果 观察组的完全流产率高于对照组,胎盘残留率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,12h内出现规律宫缩率高于对照组,总产程短于对照组,出血量小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 米非司酮配伍利凡诺在瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产中的疗效好,显效快,且安全性较高.

Curative observation of mifepristone combined with rivanol in mid-pregnancy abortion of scar uterus

Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with rivanol in mid-pregnancy abortion of scar uterus.Methods 58 pregnant women with scar uterus undergoing mid-term pregnancy abortion in our hospital were chosen as the research subjects and randomly divided into the control group(29 cases) and the observation group(29 cases).The control group took rivanol for labor induction and the observation group received mifepristone combined with rivanol for labor induction.The complete abortion rate,placental residual rate,contractions occurred at different times,total production process,bleeding amount and the complications incidence were compared between the two groups.Results The complete abortion rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The placental residual rate and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the the control group.The regular contraction rate appeared at 12 h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the total labor process was shorter and blood loss was less than that in the control group with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone plus rivanol is effective in trimester abortion of scar uterus with rapid effect and higher security.
