| 摘 要： | 介绍了原料药真空干燥工艺。结合有机溶剂的特点,分析了传统湿式真空系统在回收有机溶剂方面的局限性。介绍了干式真空泵的结构和优点。提出了干式真空冷凝系统的概念,并对系统组成部分(干式螺杆真空泵、真空管路和冷凝器等)的设计、选型作了介绍。

| Abstract: | In his article,vacuum drying process for API was introduced.Combined with the features of organic solvents,the limitation of traditional wet vacuum system in recovery of organic solvent was analyzed.Then,the structure of dry vacuum pump and its advantages were introduced and the concept of dry vacuum condensation system was presented.At the same times,design and type selection for the composition of this system,including dry screw vacuum pump,vacuum pipeline and condenser,were introduced. |
