HPLC法测定六合维生素丸中维生素A的含量

目的:建立以高效液相色谱法快速简便测定六合维生素丸中维生素A含量的方法.方法:采用安捷伦TC-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-水(95:5)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为328 nm.结果:维生素A在2.5～101.8 μg·ml-1浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=1.000 0,平均回收率为99.20%,RSD=0.82%.结论:该法专属性强,操作快速简便,结果准确.

Determination of Vitamin A in Six Vitamins Pills by HPLC

Objective： To present an HPLC method for the determination of Vitamin A in six vitamins pills.Method： The chromatographic conditions were as follows： an Agilent TC-C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）） was used with methanol-water（95∶ 5） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 328 nm.Result： Vitamin A had a good linearity over the concentration range of 2.5-101.8 μg·ml-1（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery was 99.20% with RSD of 0.82%.Conclusion： The method is selective,simple,rapid and accurate.
