| 摘 要： | 目的:阐述药品标准物质的稳定性核查在药品检验及质量控制中的作用,解释药品标准物质稳定性核查定义、探讨稳定性核查的方法.方法:分析如何选择稳定性核查对象、稳定性核查方法及稳定性核查结果判定依据等.结果:根据GB/T 27025-2008/ISO/IEC 17025:2005<检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求>,实施药品标准物质的稳定性核查,确保国家药品标准物质的量值准确.结论:定期进行国家药品标准物质特性量值的稳定性核查,是保证其量值准确性的重要措施.

| Abstract: | Objective： To explain the definition and the role of the stability of national pharmaceutical standard materials in drug quality control,and discuss the inspection methods of the standard material stability.Method： The selection of objects,stability inspection methods and evaluation criteria were analyzed.Result： It was important to ensure the accuracy of national pharmaceutical standard materials by inspecting stability according to the GB/T 27025-2008/ISO/IEC 17025：2005 General requirements.Conclusion： Periodic stability inspection is an important measure to ensure the accuracy of national pharmaceutical standard materials. |
