加味香砂六君子汤联合FOLFIRI方案治疗晚期结肠癌

目的:探讨加味香砂六君子汤联合伊立替康+亚叶酸钙+5-氟尿嘧啶(FOLFIRI)方案治疗晚期结肠癌的疗效与安全性。方法:70例晚期结肠癌患者随机分为2组,给予对照组(n=34)FOLFIRI方案治疗;给予治疗组(n=36)FOLFIRI方案治疗的同时,患者口服加味香砂六君子汤;28 d为1个治疗周期,治疗2个周期后评价疗效。结果:治疗组化疗完成率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组的骨髓抑制、恶心、呕吐、腹泻等不良反应的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味香砂六君子汤能减轻FOLFIRI方案治疗的不良反应,改善患者生活质量,有助于患者顺利完成化疗。

Clinical Observation of Advanced Colorectal Cancer Patients Treated with FOLFIRI Chemotherapy Combined with Chinese Herbs Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup

To investigate the curative effects and toxic effects of Chinese herbs Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup combined with FOLFIRI chemotherapy. Methods： A total of 70 cases of advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group consisted of 36 patients who were given FOLFIRI chemotherapy combined with Chinese herbs Xiangsha Liujunzi Soup, and the control group consisted of 34 patients who were given FOLFIRI chemotherapy only. Chemo therapy completion rate, recent treatment results and toxicity was observed. Results： The chemotherapy completion rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P~0.05）, while the rate of toxic side effect in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group （P~0.05）. The total effective rate had no significant difference between the two groups, although the life quality of the patients in the treatment group could be improved. Conclusions： Chinese herbs Xian gsha Liujunzi Soup unified with FOLFIRI strategy can reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy and improve the life quality of the advanced colorectal cancer patients, and thus help them to finish the chemotherapy.
