连翘的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的对连翘的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。方法采用硅胶,反相硅胶,凝胶等分离材料对连翘的水提物进行分离。从中得到3个化合物并运用理化和谱学分析方法进行结构鉴定。结果和结论3个化合物分别被鉴定为异落叶松脂素(Isolariciresin01)(Ⅰ),SuspensasideA(Ⅱ),连翘酯苷(Forsythiaside)(Ⅲ)。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of the Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl. METHODS Separation by column chromatography, identification by physicochemical characters and spec troscopic methods. RESULTS and CONCLUSION Three compounds were isolated from the Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.)Vahl. The structures of the compounds were determined as Isolariciresinol ( Ⅰ ), Suspensaside A ( Ⅱ), Forsythiaside ( Ⅲ ).
