复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体感染后咳嗽的临床分析

目的观察复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽的效果。方法 2008年6月至2010年6月,160例肺炎支原体呼吸道感染所引起的咳嗽患者随机分为两组,观察组80例,采用复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗;对照组80例,采用氨溴索注射液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及咳嗽症状的变化情况。结果观察组的治愈率和总有效率分别为52.5%和95.0%,而对照组分别为28.8%和61.3%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后3d、5d和7d的咳嗽症状评分分别为(1.63±0.25)、(1.18±0.16)和(0.07±0.04),与治疗前比较均发生明显下降(P<0.05),而对照组分别为(2.24±0.31)、(1.69±0.24)和(1.14±0.13),仅治疗后5d和7d评分发生明显下降(P<0.05)。观察组3d、5d和7d咳嗽评分均明显低于同期对照组水平(P<0.05)。结论复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽,疗效显著,能够明显缓解咳嗽症状,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical analysis of inhaled ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide treatment with cough after mycoplasma pneumonia

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of inhaled ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide treatment with cough after mycoplasma pneumonia.METHODS From June 2008 to June 2010, 160 cases of cough after mycoplasma pneumonia patients were randomly classified into two groups, which observation group with 80 cases was treated with inhaled ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide and control group with 80 cases was treated with ambroxol Injection. The clinical effect and cough symptom changes between the two groups were compared. RESULTS The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were 52.5 % and 95.0 % while were 28.8 % and 61.3 % in control group, respectively. There were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. The scores of cough symptom after treatment 3d, 5d and 7d in observation group were （1.63±0.25）, （ 1.18± 0.16） and （0.07 ± 0.04）, significant lower than that in pretreatment（ P 〈 0.05） ; The scores of cough symptom after treatment 3d, 5d and 7d in control group were （2.24 ± 0.31）, （1.69 ± 0.24） and （1.14 ± 0.13）, only the last two significant lower than that in pretreatment（P 〈 0.05）. Moreover, scores of cough symptom after treatment 3d, 5d and 7d in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION Inhaled ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide treatment with cough after mycoplasma pneumonia has better clinical effect, and can ease cough symptom, which can be applied in clinic.
