摘    要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定复方莪术油栓中莪术醇含量的方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Agilent C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),以乙腈-0.2%醋酸溶液(55:45)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为35℃,检测波长为203 nm,进样量为20 μl.结果:莪术醇的浓度在10.36~518.20 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为106.92%,RSD=1.86%(n=9).结论:本方法简便、快捷、灵敏度高、专属性强、重复性好,可作为复方莪术油栓中莪术醇含量的测定方法.

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of curcumol in compound zedoary turmeric oil suppositories.Method: HPLC was used as the assay method,the column was an Agilent C18(150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with the mobile phase of ethanenitrile-0.2% acetic acid(55∶ 45) and the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The column temperature was 35℃ and the detection wavelength was at 203 nm with injection volume of 20 μl.Result: Curcumol had a good linearity within the range of 10.36~518.20 μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0).The average recovery was 106.92% with RSD of 1.86%(n=9).Conclusion: The method is simple,fast,sensitive,reproducible and specific.It can be used in the determination of curcumol in compound zedoary turmeric oil suppositories.
