HPLC同时测定护肝片中3种木脂素的含量

目的建立HPLC法同时测定护肝片中五味子醇甲、五味子甲素、五味子乙素的含量。方法比较不同溶剂索氏提取、超声提取、回别提取方法的提取兢率．采用RP．HPLC法直接测定，Angilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱（150mm×4．6mm,5um），流动相为甲醇．水，梯度洗脱。检测波长250nm。结果五味于醇甲、五味予甲素、五味于乙素进样量分别在0：088-1．752ug（r=o．9993）、0．062-1．240／ug（r=o．9993）、0．059d1．176ug（r=0．9992）范围内有良好的线性关系。平均回收率（n=5）分别为100．696，101．2％，99．696；RSD分别为1．3％，1．7％。1．196。结刊该方法简便、快捷、准确．能同时测定护肝片中3种未脂素成分的含量。

HPLC Simultaneous determination of three lignans in Hugan tablets by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultane determination of schizandrin, de oxyschizandrin and yschisandrin in Hugan tablets. METHODS The sample was extracted with different solvents through soxhlet, ultrasonic and reflax, then filtered and determined by RPHPLC.Anginlet Eclipse XDBCI8 （150mm x 4.6ram, 5um）column was adopted;The mobile phase consisted of methanolwater with gradient elu tion at 250nm. RESULTS The linear ranges of schizandrin, deoxyschizandrin and yschisandrin were 0.088 - 1. 752ttg（ r = 0. 9993）, 0. 062 - 1. 240ug（ r = 0. 9993） and 0. 059 - 1. 176ttg （ r = 0. 9992）, respectively. The aver age recoveries（n = 5 ） were 100.6 % （ RSD = 1.3 % ）, 101.2 % （ RSD = 1.7 % ）, and 99.6 % （ RSD = 1.1% ）, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, and can be used for the determination of three lignans in Hulgan tablets.
