白花前胡化学成分及相关药理作用的研究进展

中药前胡为伞形科植物白花前胡Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn的根，具有兢散风热，化痰等功效．常用于感冒，嚷嗽，哮喘，头藕等治疗．现代研究表明，其主要的化学成分包括白花前胡甲素、白花前胡乙素等香豆素类化合物以及挥发油类化合物。其主要的药理作用包括降低血压。抗心衰，平喘。抗癌等。本文就近年来白花前胡的有效成分以及相应的药理作用研究进展做一综述，为进一步的开发利用提供参考。

Review on Active Ingredients and Related Pharmacological Action of Peucedanum praeruptorum

Peucedanum is the Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn＇s root of Umbelliferae. As a traditional Chinese drug, it has the effects of dispelling windheat and reducing sputum, which is often used in the treatment of colds and coughing, asthma and headaches. The recent research shows that active ingredients of praeruptorum include volatile oil and coumarins such as praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B, while its main pharmacologic actions includ ing decreasing blood pressure, antiheartfailure, antiasthma and anticancer. The article summarized the active in gredients and its related pharmacological actions of P. praeruptorum. It will provide experimental basis for the further exploitation and use of P. praeruptorum.
