水栀子果实化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的研究水栀子(Gardenia jasminoidesEllis f.logicarpa)果实中化学成分。方法利用不同的色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据解析鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了4个化合物,分别为琥珀酸(succinic acid)(Ⅰ)、芥子酸(sinapinic acid)(Ⅱ)、莽草酸(shikimic acid)(Ⅲ)及D-甘露醇(D-mannitol)(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅳ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from fruits of G.jasminoides Ellis f.logicarpa.METHODS Compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods,their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from fruits of G.jasminoides Ellis f.logicarpa.They were identified as succinic acid(Ⅰ),sinapinic acid(Ⅱ),shikimic acid(Ⅲ) and D-mannitol(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅲ were isolated from this genus for the first time,Compound Ⅳ had been isolated from this plant for the first time.
