摘    要:目的研究提高风油精中薄荷脑、桉油精、樟脑、丁香酚、水杨酸甲酯5种成分的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent INNOWAX石英毛细管柱(30m×0.32mm×0.25μm);载气为氮气;柱温采用程序升温:初始温度85℃,保持4min,以每分钟30℃的速率升至115℃,保持0min,以每分钟70℃的速率升至200℃,保持4min,以每分钟100℃的速率升至250℃,保持3min;检测器:FID;采用内标法测定。结果薄荷脑、桉油精、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯、丁香酚线性范围为0.34~17.22mg.mL-1(r=1.0000)、0.05~2.26mg.mL-1(r=1.0000),0.04~1.93mg.mL-1(r=0.9999),0.34~17.16mg.mL-1(r=1.0000)、0.04~1.80mg.mL-1(r=1.0000),平均回收率为96.17%、96.69%、101.14%、96.86%、98.02%。结论该方法经济、简单、准确且重现性好,可作为风油精的含量测定质量控制标准。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for simultaneous determination of Menthol,Cineol,Camphor,Methyl salicylate and Eugenol in Fengyoujing.METHODS Agilent INNOWAX column and FID detector were used.The column temperature was programmed as maintaining 85℃ for 4 minutes and rising to 115℃ at a rate of 30℃·min-1and maintaining for 0 minutes,then rising to 200℃ at a rate of 70℃·min-1and maintaining for 4 minutes,rising to 250℃ at a rate of 100℃·min-1and maintaining for 3 minutes.RESULTS The linear ranges of Menthol,Cineol,Camphor,Methyl salicylate and Eugenol were within 0.34~17.22mg·mL-1(r=1.0000),0.05~2.26mg·mL-1(r=1.0000),0.04~1.93mg·mL-1(r=0.9999),0.34~17.16mg·mL-1(r=1.0000),0.04~1.80mg·mL-1(r=1.0000).The average recoveries of were 96.17%(RSD0.65%),96.69%(RSD1.23%),101.14%(RSD1.65%),96.86%(RSD0.68%),98.02%(RSD0.88%),respectively.Conlusion:The method is economy,efficient and accurate with a good reproduction,it can be used to determine the five compositions in Fengyoujing.
