| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定伊来西胺片溶出度的高效液相色谱方法。方法以0.1mol.L-1盐酸溶液为溶出介质,转速为75r.min-1,取样时间为45min。结果线性范围为10～100μg.mL-1,R=0.9999;平均回收率为100%。结论本方法操作简便,结果准确可靠。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish HPLC method for the determination of the dissolution of Llepcimide tablets.METHODS 0.1mol·L-1 HCl as dissolution medium with the rotating speed at 75r·min-1,and the sampling time was 45min.RESULTS The 1inear range of riperine was 10~100μg·mL-1（R=0.9999）,with average recovery rate at 100%.CONCLUSION The established method is simple,accurate and reliable. |
