| 摘 要： | 胶质瘤（Glioma）是成人脑肿瘤中最常见的颅内恶性肿瘤。手术、术后替莫唑胺（Temozolomide， TMZ）联合放疗以及替莫唑胺辅助化疗是目前胶质瘤的标准治疗方案。尽管如此，神经胶质瘤的预后仍然很差。本文主要介绍神经胶质瘤的综合治疗，尤其是化学治疗的相关研究进展。

| Abstract: | Gliobma is one of the most common intracranial malignant tumors in the adult brain tumors. Surgery, temo-zolomide combined with radiotherapy postoperatively and adjuvant chemotherapy with temozolomide have been established as the standard treatment options for glioma. Nevertheless, the prognosis for the patient with gliomas remains poor. This ar-ticle introduces the comprehensive treatment for the glioma, especially the progress on chemotherapy. |
