| 摘 要： | 目的：了解催眠药物的使用情况及变化趋势。方法：根据WHO推荐的限定日剂量，以用药频度（DDDs）、日用金额等为指标统计、分析我院催眠药物的应用情况。结果：镇静催眠药的年度金额逐年增长，苯二氮卓类药物仍占主要市场，年度药物DDDs总数的比例有下降趋势。非苯二氮卓类药物的日用金额一般都高于苯二氮卓类药物。结论：苯二氮卓类药物仍是精神科改善失眠症状的主导药，而非苯二氮卓类也逐渐被临床所接受。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analysis the situation of hypnotics used in psychiatric hospital.Methods: According to the defined daily dose(DDD)recommended by WHO,the daily drug cost and DDDs were analyzed.Results: The drug cost was increasing year by year,while the percentage of benzodiazepine(BZ)hypnotics DDDs was decreasing.The daily drug cost of non-BZ hypnotics was higher than that of BZ hypnotics.Conclusion: BZ hypnotics still play an important role,but non-BZ hypnotics are gradually accepted by doctors. |
