结直肠癌外周血淋巴细胞CD44v6表达的初探

目的　检测结直肠癌患者外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)CD4 4变异体 6 (CD4 4v6 )表达情况 ,并探讨其临床意义。方法　应用流式细胞术 (FCM)检测 31例结直肠癌患者术前PBLCD4 4v6含量并与健康组相对照。结果　结直肠癌患者术前PBLCD4 4v6含量较正常对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 5 )。伴有转移的结直肠癌患者PBLCD4 4v6含量明显高于无转移者 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　应用FCM检测结直肠癌患者外周血PBLCD4 4v6含量对结直肠癌转移的诊断可能具有一定的临床价值 ,可作为结直肠癌患者转移的潜在参考指标之一。

The clinical significance of the contents of CD44v6 in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To study the contents of CD44 that shared exon variant 6(CD44v6)in peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)of patients with colorectal carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The contents of CD44v6 were determined by means of Flow-Cytometry in PBL of 31 patients with colorectal carcinoma before surgery and 10 normal controls.Results The contents of CD44v6 were significantly higher in PBL of patients with colorectal carcinoma before surgery than those of controls( P< 0.05).Node-positive colorectal cancer patients showed significantly elevated contents of CD44v6 in PBL in comparison with node-negative colorectal cancer( P< 0.05).Conclusions It may be of important clinical value in the diagnosis of metastasis and judgement of development for the patients with colorectal cancer to analyse the contents of CD44v6 in PBL by Flow-Cytometry.CD44v6 in PBL may be useful as a metastatic marker.
