| 摘 要： | 目的 评估内注外切保留齿线术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法 将环状混合痔112例随机分为治疗组、对照组各56例，治疗组采用内注外切保留齿线术，对照组采用传统外剥内扎手术。观察两组平均住院时间、肛门疼痛、肛缘水肿、肛门潮湿、肛周皮赘、复发率、治愈率等指标。结果 两组各项观察指标差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论 内注外切保留齿线术治疗环状混合痔疗效确切，创伤小，并发症少，治愈率高，值得推广。
