山东省县医院2005-2010年高血压患者住院费用变化及影响因素分析

目的:分析山东省高血压患者住院费用的变化及影响因素,提出相关政策建议。方法:选择山东省2005-2010年6所县医院36892个高血压住院病例为研究对象,采用方差分析和多元逐步回归模型对住院费用的影响因素进行分析。结果:高血压患者的次均住院费用和日均住院费用呈上升趋势;多因素分析显示,住院天数、有无手术、医疗保障类别、有无并发症、年龄、性别是住院费用的影响因素。结论:应减少不必要住院天数,改进医疗保障制度支付方式,从而使住院费用趋于合理水平。

Analysis the Changing on Expenses of Hypertension Inpatients in 2005-2010 and its Influencing Factors in Shandong

Objective: To analyze the changing on hospital expenses of hypertension inpatients and its influencing factors in Shandong,give some policy suggestions.Methods: Analysis the influencing factors on 36,892 hypertension inpatients in 6 counties hospitals in Shandong by the analysis of variance and the multiple stepwise regression.Results: The costs and daily expense of hypertensive patients are uptrend,it is showed that the length of stay,surgery,medical care categories,complications,age and gender are the influencing factors of the inpatients expenses by the multivariate analysis.Conclusion: Reducing unnecessary hospitalization and improving health care payment systems are effective ways to control hospital cost.
