| 摘 要： | 目的探讨开展优质护理服务的临床护理模式。方法运用奥瑞姆自护理论开展优质护理服务。结果提高了医患满意度、护理质量及护士的综合素质。结论实现了以“患者为中心”的护理理念，护士自身价值得以体现，医患满意度同时得到提高，护理服务由医院内延伸至医院外。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss provide high quality nursing services clinical nursing mode.Methods In the orthopaedic ward use Mr Rem self-care theory to the high quality service.Results Use the theory of self-care to the high quality nursing service improved patient satisfaction,the quality of nursing and nurses’ comprehensive quality.Conclusion Use the theory of self-care to the high quality nursing service,realized the patient-centered care idea,the nurse with highly responsible attitude for patients,the whole offer whole professional care,make the nurse to its own value,protect with satisfacation improved. |
