| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药通脉生骨II号方对实验性兔BGP及VEGF表达的影响。方法：将45只健康成年雄性新西兰大白兔随机分成空白组，模型组，对照组，汤剂组4组，观察治疗前后BGP及VEGF的表达。结果：各组BGP及VEGF值治疗前后有显著性差异。结论：通脉生骨Ⅱ号方对家兔激素性股骨头坏死预防、治疗作用方面优于盐酸川芎嗪碱，有显著的防治效果。

| Abstract: | Objective： To approach the influence of TongMai ShengGu recipe II on BGP and VEGF in experimental rabbits.Method： Forty-five healthy rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,control group and decoction group,to observe expressions of BGP and VEGF before and after treating.Result： There are remarkable differences before and after treating in BGP and VEGF among different groups.Conclusion： TongMai ShengGu recipe II is better than ligustrazine in preventing and treating glucocorticoid-induced necrosis of femoral head, showing remarkable preventive effect. |
