摘    要:目的探讨辛伐他汀对急性脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法急性心肌梗死患者70例,随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(34例),对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用辛伐他汀20 mg/d,疗程为2周。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效及Hcy、hs-CRP水平变化。结果治疗组的神经功能缺损评分及总有效率均优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),且两组治疗后血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平较治疗前明显下降,又以治疗组下降显著,与对照组比较差异明显,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论辛伐他汀可以通过降低急性脑梗死患者血清Hcy和hs-CRP的水平,从而起到减轻脑缺血带来的损伤和改善患者预后的作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of simvastatin on serum homocysteine(Hcy) and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 70 acute cerebral infarction patients were recruited in this study,they were divided into treatment group(n=36) and control group(n=34).Patients in treatment group were treated with simvastatine 20 mg,once per day,but patients in control group were not treated with simvastatine,other treatment were the same.All patients were treated last 2 weeks.Compare the effect of each group and the changes of serum Hcy and hs-CRP. Results The total effectiveness rate and neural function defect scale of treatment group is better than control group,there is a significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Serum Hcy and hs-CRP levels decreased in two groups after be treated,while treatment group declined obviously,when compared to control group,they have significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Simvastatin decreased the levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in acute cerebral infarction patients,to reduce cerebral ischemia injury and improve brought the prognosis of patients.
