| 摘 要： | 目的评价阻生牙CT三维重建在牙列正畸诊断中的应用。方法收集阻生牙需进行正畸治疗病例35例．41个阻生牙，通过CT三维重建技术获得埋伏阻生牙的相关信息，以指导埋伏牙的治疗。结果41个阻生牙都能通过三维重建明确数目、形态、位置、大小及与相邻牙齿的关系。结论64排螺旋CT三维重建对埋伏牙定位精确。对埋伏阻生牙正畸治疗具有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate application value of three dimensional reconstruction technique of 64-slice spiral CT in orthodontic diagnosis.Methods A total of 35 cases and 41 impacted teeth were selected from the cases that were in need of orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth.Then the relevant information about impacted teeth was resulted from three dimensional reconstruction of 64-slice spiral CT.That would guide the treatment of the impacted teeth.Results 41 impacted teeth can determine the number,shape,location,size and the relationship with the adjacent teeth through three-dimensional reconstruction.Conclusion Three dimensional reconstruction technique of 64-slice spiral CT has an important significance in the precise positioning of tooth and orthodontic treatment of impacted teeth. |
