用疝囊修补腹股沟斜疝临床分析

目的:探讨疝囊修补腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法:选取腹股沟斜疝患者100例,随机分为两组,传统组患者50例应用补片进行疝囊的修补;改良组患者50例依据患者的情况均应用疝囊进行修补,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:改良组患者手术操作时间对比传统组患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改良组患者术后下床运动时间、疼痛情况、并发症发生比例、患者满意度均明显优于传统组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未因手术治疗措施不当导致严重不良后果发生。结论:应用自体疝囊进行腹股沟斜疝的修补手术治疗,能够有效地缩短术后下床活动时间、改善患者的生活质量、减轻疼痛、降低并发症发生,患者满意度较高,可依据患者的情况进行应用和治疗。

The clinical analysis of senile indirect inguinal hernia treated by hernial sac herniorrhaphy

Objective To analyze the effects of hernial sac herniorrhaphy on senile indirect inguinal hernia. Methods 100 cases of senile indirect inguinal hernia in our hospital from Oct 2000 to Oct 2010 were divided into two groups randomly. All the 50 cases in traditional group were treated by hernia repair with patch. All the 50 cases in improved group were treated by hernial sac herniorrhaphy. The clinical effects were compared. Results The difference of the operation time in two groups was not obvious, there was no statistical significance（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. the exercise time, pain, complication rate and satisfaction after operation of improved group were better than traditional group, the difference was obvious, there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no serious adverse consequences in two groups. Conclusion The treatment of autogenous hernia sac filled tension can shorten the operation time, improve the patients＇ quality of life, reduce the pain and complications, the satisfaction of patients. This operation can be done according the condition of patients.
