摘    要:目的:研究咽一方对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀及醋酸所致腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法观察咽一方对耳廓肿胀的抑制率,小鼠尾静脉注射伊文斯蓝,腹腔注射醋酸造模,测定吸光度。结果咽一方具有能显著抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的作用。结论咽一方具有较强的抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Yanyifang on ear swelling induced by Xylene and permeability of abdomen capillary in mice model.MethodsXylene was used to induce ear swelling, and inhibition ratio of ear swelling was observed;Yiwensilan was injected into the vessel of mice tail, then acetic acid was injected into mice abdomen to cause inflammation and determine absorbency.ResultsYanyifang could significantly inhibit Xylene induced ear swelling and acetic acid induced permeability of abdomen capillary in mice model.ConclusionYanyifang has significantly action on anti-inflammatory.
