未足月胎膜早破合并早产107例临床分析

目的:观察未足月胎膜早破的因素及临床处理。方法:对入院的107例胎膜早破合并早产病例进行回顾分析。结果:多数的胎膜早破合并早产存在危险因素,孕28~35周与35+1~37周比较,而孕28~35周的新生儿感染、新生儿窒息、死亡率有显著统计学差异。结论:不同孕周胎膜早破妊娠结局亦不相同,应采取不同处理方法以减少新生儿并发症。

Clinical Analysis of 107 Cases of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes

Objective To analyze clinical management and the factors in pregnancy complicated with preterm premature rupture of membranes（ PPROM）. Methods The clinical data of 107 cases of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes in The YiXing People＇s Hospital from January 2009 to December 2012 were reviewed. Results Most of Preterm Premature Rupture of Membranes had risk factors,Statistic comparison were measured In patients at 28 - 35 weeks＇ gestation Compared with 35＋ 1- 37 weeks＇ gestation on PPROM,The neonatal infection、the asphyxiated newborns、the neonatal mortality were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pregnancy outcomes were different in Patients with different week of preterm premature rupture of membranes,They should be managed with different methods to decrease the complications of neonates.
