泛影葡胺与欧乃派克在不孕症子宫输卵管造影检查中的应用价值

摘    要:目的:对比泛影葡胺和欧乃派克在子宫输卵管检查中的优缺点,探讨泛影葡胺和欧乃派克在不孕症子宫输卵管造影(HSG)检查中的推广应用价值。方法:随机选取欲行子宫输卵管造影的患者,分别用76%泛影葡胺(对照组)及300 mg/ml欧乃派克(研究组)行子宫输卵管造影各150例,术中、术后进行观察与随访,对泛影葡胺与欧乃派克在HSG中的造影效果与安全性进行对比分析。结果:研究组的造影图像优良率为96.7%,对照组优良率为83.3%,两组组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的造影腹痛、恶心、呕吐、头晕等不良反应总体发生率明显低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症子宫输卵管造影检查选用欧乃派克造影剂可降低不良反应的发生率,提高了子宫输卵管造影图像质量,应优先选用,有推广使用价值。

Abstract:Objective To disccuss the application of meglumine diatrizoate and Omnipaque on hysterosalpingography(HSG)of infertil-ity by comparing the advantages and disadvantages. Methods The infertility patients of hysterosalpingography were selected radomly. 150 patients were control group with 76 % meglumine diatrizoate and 150 patients were research group with omnipaque. The effects and safety of meglumine diatrizoate and Omnipaque were compared by observation and follow - up study. Results The excellent rate of HSG in re-search group was 96. 7% ,the control group’s was 83. 3% . The difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0. 05). The adverse reactions of abdominal pain,nausea,emesis,swirl in research group were significantly Lower than control group. The difference was statistically sig-nificant(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Omnipaque could reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of the uterus oviduct angiogram. It’s worth expanding.
