七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉在小儿扁桃体切除术中的麻醉效果

目的研究七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉在小儿扁桃体切除术中的麻醉效果。方法选取2011年7月至2012年7月我院收治的小儿扁桃体患者70例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予丙泊酚复合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,研究组给予七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,观察两组不同时段收缩压、舒张压、心率、拔管时间、呼吸以及意识恢复时间等指标。结果研究组插管后5 min、手术开始以后5 min的收缩压、舒张压、心率都显著优于对照组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);研究组呼吸恢复时间、意识恢复时间、拔管时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论应用七氟醚复合瑞芬太尼麻醉在小儿扁桃体切除术中具有较好的疗效,对患儿心血管影响较小,而且麻醉恢复时间比较快,安全性高。

The Anesthesia Effect of Sevoflurane and Remifentanil Anesthesia in Pediatric Tonsillectomy

Objective To study sevoflurane and remifentanil anesthesia in pediatric tonsillectomy in anesthesia. Methods July 2011 to July 2012 in our hospital pediatric tonsillectomy 70 patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 35 cases in the control group received propofol and remifentanil anesthesia, study group received sevoflurane and remifentanil anesthesia were observed at different times systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, time to extubation, breathing and consciousness recovery time and other indicators. Results The team 5 minutes after intubation,operation started after 5 min of systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were significantly better than the control group, two groups was statistically difference;team breathing recovery time, consciousness recovery time and extubation time were significantly shorter than the control group, two groups was statistically difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sevoflurane composite applications, fentanyl anesthesia in pediatric tonsillectomy has good curative effect, less impact on children with cardiovascular, and anesthesia recovery time is fast, high security.
