循证健康教育在社区医院颈椎病患者治疗中的应用

目的探讨在社区医院对颈椎病患者实施循证健康教育的效果。方法选择颈椎病患者102例,将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(52例)。对照组患者给予常规治疗护理、常规健康教育;观察组在常规治疗护理基础上应用循证健康教育方法,通过人员培训、确定问题、查询并评价文献、护理实践、及时评价与反馈,探讨循证健康教育的应用效果。结果观察组患者治疗后知识掌握情况、治疗依从性、治疗效果、健康教育满意度均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证健康教育能提高社区医院患者的健康知识水平、治疗依从性、治疗效果以及健康教育满意度。

Application of Evidence Based Health Education on Patients with Cervical Spondylosis in Community Hospital

Objective To study the effect of evidence-based health education on patients with cervical spondylosis in community hospital.Methods 102 cases of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases) and control group(52 cases).The control group was given conventional treatment and conventional health education,while the observation group was given evidence-based health education on the basis of conventional treatment.The effect of evidence-based health education was investigated through training staff,identifying problems,searching and evaluating literatures,nursing practice,timely evaluation and feedback.Results Health knowledge level,treatment compliance,therapeutic efficacy and health education satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based health education can improve patients′ health knowledge level,treatment compliance,therapeutic efficacy and health education satisfaction among patients in community hospitals.
