肠道病毒71型和柯萨奇病毒A组致手足口病临床特点分析

目的探讨肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)所致的手足口病在临床特征方面有无差异及对手足口病患儿的护理经验。方法回顾性分析我院感染科2010年6—9月收治的105例手足口病患儿的临床资料及预后。结果两组患儿呕吐、易惊或肢体抖动、抽搐、肺炎的发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组神经源性肺水肿和呼吸衰竭的发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿最高体温、收缩压、舒张压及平静时最快心率、呼吸率的水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对于手足口病患儿,应根据所感染病原体不同,加强临床观察,早期识别危重病例,及时进行有效的治疗和护理。

Clinical Features and Nursing Care of Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease Caused by EV71 Infection or CA16 Infection

Objective To explore the differences of the clinical features and nursing care of Hand,Foot and Mouth disease caused by EV71 infection and CA16 infection.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical features of 105 children infected with Hand,Foot and Mouth disease treated by Capital Medical University Beijing YouAn Hospital from July to September in 2010.Results There were significant differences in vomiting,tendency to be frightened and the rate of limb shaking,convulsing and pneumonia between the two groups of patients caused by EV71 and CA16 respectively(P<0.01).The differences in the concurrent rate of Neurogenic pulmonary edema,and respiratory failure were not significant(P>0.05).The differences in highest body temperature,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and the maximum resting heart rate,respiratory rate were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Children infected with Hand,Foot and Mouth disease should be differentially treated depending on distinct pathogens.And clinical observations should be strengthened to help identify critical cases early,and offer them effective treatment and necessary clinical care.
