口服多潘立酮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受对心室复极的影响分析

目的探讨多潘立酮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受对心室复极的影响,为临床安全用药提供依据。方法 41例喂养不耐受早产儿给予口服多潘立酮混悬液,监测用药前后心电图Q-T间期的变化。结果 41例喂养不耐受早产儿口服多潘立酮后治愈28例,好转8例,无效5例。心电图Q-T间期延长30 ms以上的9例(21.9%),其中Q-T间期>400 ms的1例(2.4%),无心律失常发生。结论口服多潘立酮可延长早产儿心室复极时间,建议临床应用多潘立酮过程中监测Q-T间期,警惕心律失常的发生。

Effect of Domperidone on Ventricular Repolarization in Treating Premature Infants with Feeding Intolerance

Objective To analyze the effect of domperidone on ventricular repolarization when treating premature infants with feeding intolerance in order to provide evidence for the safe use of domperidone in clinical practices. Methods 41 premature infants diagnosed with feeding intolerance were treated by domperidone suspension.Q-T interval of ECG was recorded before and after the treatment. Results Among the 41 premature infants with feeding intolerance,28 were cured,8 were improved and 5 were ineffective after the treatment with domperidone suspension.9 cases(21.9%) had prolonged Q-T interval more than 30 ms,among which 1 case(2.4%) had Q-T interval more than 400 ms.No arrhythmia occurred. Conclusion Taking domperidone orally can prolong ventricular repolarization of the premature infants,and Q-T interval and occurrence of arrhythmia should be monitored during the process of using domperidone in premature infants who were diagnosed with feeding intolerance.
