| 摘 要： | 轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常老化与轻度老年期痴呆之间的一种临床状态,研究MCI最重要的意义在于识别老年期痴呆高危个体并探索有效干预途径,以延迟或阻止老年期痴呆的发生、发展。本文对MCI药物治疗、认知训练、针刺治疗及其他干预手段的最新研究进展进行综述,为MCI患者的早期干预提供依据。

| Abstract: | Mild cognitive impairment(MCI)is a clinical status between normal aging and dementia.The significance of studying MCI lies in distinguishing individuals with high risk of dementia and exploring effective interventions to delay or prevent the occurrence and progress of dementia.This article reviews the research progresses of drug treatment,cognitive training,acupuncture treatment and other interventions on MCI in order to provide evidence for early treatment of MCI patients. |
