临床路径在关节镜辅助下胫骨平台骨折手术治疗中的实施效果评价研究

目的评价临床路径在关节镜辅助下胫骨平台骨折手术治疗中的实施效果。方法选取入院行膝关节镜辅助治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组采用传统的治疗模式,试验组采取临床路径模式。对两组患者的住院天数、医疗费用、满意度、健康知识掌握情况等进行比较。结果试验组患者的住院天数、医疗费用明显下降,患者满意度及健康知识掌握情况均提高,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜辅助下胫骨平台骨折手术治疗的临床路径值得在临床推广应用。

Implementation of Clinical Pathway in Arthroscopy-assisted Surgery for Tibial Plateau Fracture

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of clinical pathway in arthroscopy-assisted surgery for tibial plateau fracture. Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to our hospital for arthroscopy-assisted treatment were equally assigned into a study group and a control group.The conventional treatment was applied to the control group,and clinical pathway to the study group.Length of hospitalization,medical expenses,satisfaction towards the treatment,and health awareness were compared between these two groups.Results Patients in the study group had significantly decreased length of hospitalization and medical expenses;meanwhile,they had significantly higher satisfaction towards treatment and health awareness when compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical pathway in arthroscopy-assisted surgery for tibial plateau fracture is effective and can be widely applied.
