乳腺良恶性肿瘤超声弹性成像鉴别诊断的价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨超声弹性成像对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性分析用超声弹性成像诊断的143例乳腺肿瘤患者共170个病灶,与术后的病理结果对照。结果超声弹性成像对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为93.7%(59/63),特异性为75.7%(81/107),准确性为82.4%(140/170)。结论超声弹性成像技术对乳腺良、恶性肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断具有重要的参考价值。

Application Value of Ultrasonic Elastography in Differentiating Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application value of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods 170 focuses in 143 patients with breast tumor diagnosed by ultrasonic elastography were retrospectively analyzed and were compared with postoperative pathological results.Results The sensitivity of ultrasonic elastography in differentiating breast tumors was 93.7%(59/63),while the specificity was 75.7%(81/107) and the accuracy was 82.4%(140/170).Conclusion Ultrasonic elastography technology has good application value in diagnosing and differentiating benign and malignant breast tumors.
